It's difficult to write a review like this. My friend passed away and the funeral home did a lovely job. Beautiful room, lovely flowers, and the staff was well coordinated.
My father passed away May 17th 2016 and I have to say that the people that run this funeral home were very professional and accomidatiing to all of our needs. I was very saddened by the loss of my father and I am so glad that we chose you use this funeral home. I appreciate all they did for us.

The funeral home recently had a Police Funeral and the preparation, accommodation and level of service was truly remarkable! The staff and management were exceptional. There was well over 2000 people that attended the wake of Det. Joe Delio (NYPD) and his biolgical family and his nypd family were allowed ample space to grieve. The coordination that was provided between the wake, funeral mass and internment was second to none. Thank you to Eric and Anthony for leading this tremendous effort!
My Father passed away and there was no time to prepare. The staff was amazing at guiding us through the process. They made solid recommendations rather than push unnecessary add on frills to up the price. The whole process went very smoothly. That support helped us greatly through a very difficult and confusing time. I cannot thank them enough.
The funeral home itself is very nice, clean and up to date. The issue our family had was the amount of attention the staff paid to administrative detail. We had two relatives pass within the same month. Both death certificates were completed wrong and had to be redone. We came in with the obituary for the newspaper typed up for the newspaper, which was retyped with many typos. We pointed it out, but it wasnt corrected. They also forgot to include the family pictures and sign in book after the services were completed, which caused yet another trip back to the funeral home. When i asked the female working there what was the reason for all these problems we encountered she brushed me off with "they were only mistakes". Mistakes my family found to be unacceptable. I asked her to have the boss Anthony call me. Almost 2 weeks later and no call. If you use this funeral home, make sure you are on top of the staff, a difficult task when you are mourning the loss of loved ones.
